What does Akademya cost?

Starter is $9 a month for one community with up to 100 members. Pro is $99 a month for unlimited communities and members. Billing isn't open yet: while Akademya is in preview, nothing is charged and every account runs on Starter.

Do my members pay anything?

No. Members always join free. You pay Akademya one flat plan, and there is no transaction fee or cut of anything.

What happens when a Starter community reaches 100 members?

Nobody is removed. The 100 counts everyone in the community, you and your admins included. New joins and approvals pause, with a clear message, until the owner moves to Pro once billing opens.

Can I run more than one community?

On Pro, as many as you like. Starter includes one.

What's the difference between public and private?

Public communities show their content to everyone and members join instantly. Private communities appear in Discover but hide their feed, classroom, and calendar until you approve each join request.

How do points and levels work?

Every like a member receives earns them one point in that community. Points add up through nine levels, and you can rename each level to fit your community's culture. You can even gate courses behind a minimum level.
